Anton Medyna

Anton Medyna is a registered architect and project delivery professional with extensive experience coordinating and delivering complex architectural projects across New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Having worked in New Zealand since 2020 and based in Hawke’s Bay since 2024, Anton has developed strong local industry knowledge alongside international project experience across commercial, mixed-use and residential developments.

With a background spanning large-scale commercial, mixed-use and residential projects, Anton has developed strong capabilities in project coordination, stakeholder management, consultant integration and construction-phase delivery.

Having worked on projects ranging from international masterplanned developments such as St Petersburg Arena in Russia and Hanam Union Square retail centre in South Korea, through to high-end residential and public-sector projects, Anton has practical experience managing multidisciplinary consultant teams, navigating council and consent processes, resolving construction-stage issues and supporting programme delivery through detailed coordination and communication.

Anton’s experience includes working on significant developments such as Battersea Power Station in London, Kāinga Ora housing developments and complex commercial and residential projects throughout New Zealand. His work has involved close collaboration with clients, contractors, consultants and regulatory authorities to maintain project momentum and achieve successful delivery outcomes.

With a strong background in architectural design, design coordination, programme delivery and construction-phase support, Anton brings a practical and solutions-focused approach to project delivery. His experience managing consultant coordination, stakeholder engagement, consent processes and on-site issue resolution enables him to effectively support projects from planning through to construction and completion.
