Mell Anderson

Mell is an experienced Project Manager with a strong background delivering infrastructure, environmental, and resilience programmes across Hawke’s Bay.

She has managed multi-million-dollar capital works projects through design, procurement, construction, governance reporting, and close-out, with practical experience administering contracts.

Mell brings a collaborative and outcome-focused approach, working closely with contractors, consultants, mana whenua, government agencies, community stakeholders, and Council teams to support successful project delivery.
