Rachael Titter

Rachael has over 20 years of experience in Office Management, finance, payroll, administration, and business operations across a range of industries including engineering, manufacturing, primary production, export, and supply chain management.

She plays a key role in supporting the HPM team through effective financial administration, HR coordination, systems management, and day-to-day business operations, ensuring projects and people are well supported.

Her strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and collaborative approach help maintain the efficient and professional service our clients expect.

Rachael is also actively involved in the Hawke’s Bay community through her volunteer work with the Hawke’s Bay Astronomical Society, Holt Planetarium, local football organisations, and other community groups.
