Rodney has over 23 years experience in the construction industry and is very results- driven, achieving excellent outcomes for a variety of clients in both New Zealand and Europe.

Rodney has specialist experience in commercial construction and client side project management. He develops a collaborative project environment which has proven to deliver the best outcomes for his clients.

Rodney has developed experience across multiple industries and along the way perfected his project management skill set which extends from project initiation to close out. Sectors Rodney has been involved with include, commercial mixed use developments, land development, healthcare, education, public facilities, and corrections.

Rodney’s skills involve feasibility studies, stakeholder management, planning, design management, critical path programming, resource planning and scheduling, financial management, procurement, risk management, main
contractor management.

Rodney understands the challenges faced when delivering complex projects, and his knowledge and vision to foresee issues before they arise helps keep the collaborative culture with the project team and the relationship with the client through to the close out stage of the project.
