Thiago Flessak

Thiago brings a wealth of experience to the table, having led and developed projects across both private and public sectors. With a proactive and articulate approach, Thiago excels in combining professionalism with excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication at all levels.

Prior to joining the HPM team, Thiago served as Operations Manager at Nuline Homes NZ Ltd from October 2016 to December 2023. Here, he played a pivotal role in overseeing the execution of construction and project management tasks, delivering multi-unit developments and residential projects across Auckland. Thiago’s professional journey also includes a tenure as Office Manager at Auckland Building Group from January 2012 to September 2016. During this time, he demonstrated proficiency in financial reporting, contract management, and office administration, contributing to the success of high-end renovations and carpentry labour hire for commercial construction projects.

His diverse background equips him with a comprehensive skill set essential for driving projects to fruition within deadline and budget constraints. He is an invaluable asset to any team aiming for success in project management and execution.

Thiago loves to spend his free time at home with his wife and pets, reading and cooking. He is also a passionate surfer and can be found, throughout the year seeking the best waves in the region.
