We delivered a high-end private residential development executed over three phases. Phases One and Two, which included the Manager's Lodge and Implement Shedding, were completed in February 2019, with Phase Three completed in 2021. Phase Three involved a 1,000m² dwelling, incorporating a combination of in-situ and precast concrete, structural steel, and the latest servicing technologies, all finished to a premium standard. A distinctive large timber wave ceiling spans a significant portion of the house, making it one of the most unique high-end homes in New Zealand.
