HPM were engaged to undertake comprehensive project management for the resource consent, main contractor procurement, and design phases of a new multi-use sports facility. In addition, we acted as Engineer to the Contract, ensuring both technical and contractual compliance throughout the project’s lifecycle. HPM were engaged as both Engineer to the Contract and Project Manager for the $31.1 million Gisborne Hospital Mental Health Facility. This state-of-the-art development was designed to provide early intervention and preventive care for mental health and addiction, reflecting both the needs of the community and the region’s cultural values. We delivered a high-end private residential development executed over three phases. Phases One and Two, which included the Manager's Lodge and Implement Shedding, were completed in February 2019, with Phase Three completed in 2021. Phase Three involved a 1,000m² dwelling, incorporating a combination of in-situ and precast concrete, structural steel, and the latest servicing technologies, all finished to a premium standard.
