HPM managed the transformation of a 750 sqm heritage building that was previously used as a restaurant on the ground floor with an under-utilised function room upstairs. Having formerly been a nightclub, the building featured a large internal void where customers could look down from the second floor to the dancefloor below. The project required a change of use, involving the void being filled to convert the second floor into high-end architectural apartments.
