This inner-city heritage building was refurbished into new open plan offices as per architectural drawings. The building was also under seismic code and required seismic strengthening to comply. This was a challenging project due to its inner-city location and requirements of time frame. Overall, the project was completed to a very high standard and within the 5-month timeframe. This is an old historic building of Napier, and with this always comes challenges that require problem solving along the way. Hawkes Bay Regional Sports Park was constructed via a comprehensive phased development, the overall goal of this development was to enhance the athletic performance and community well-being of Hawkes Bay and wider regional area.
