HPM were engaged by the Museum Trust Joint Working Group, comprising Hastings District Council and Napier City Council, to complete a feasibility study into potential locations within the Hawkes Bay region for a regional research, archives, and storage facility to house the Hawkes Bay Museum Trust’s regional collection. The project involved engaging a large number of stakeholders through interviews to gather input and inform the study.
