HPM were engaged to undertake comprehensive project management for the resource consent, main contractor procurement, and design phases of a new multi-use sports facility. In addition, we acted as Engineer to the Contract, ensuring both technical and contractual compliance throughout the project’s lifecycle. The resource consent process was particularly complex, involving land acquisition, land use changes, and a wide range of intricate technical inputs. Hawkes Bay Regional Sports Park was constructed via a comprehensive phased development, the overall goal of this development was to enhance the athletic performance and community well-being of Hawkes Bay and wider regional area.
