We delivered a high-end private residential development executed over three phases. Phases One and Two, which included the Manager's Lodge and Implement Shedding, were completed in February 2019, with Phase Three completed in 2021. Phase Three involved a 1,000m² dwelling, incorporating a combination of in-situ and precast concrete, structural steel, and the latest servicing technologies, all finished to a premium standard. A distinctive large timber wave ceiling spans a significant portion of the house, making it one of the most unique high-end homes in New Zealand. Hawkes Bay Regional Sports Park was constructed via a comprehensive phased development, the overall goal of this development was to enhance the athletic performance and community well-being of Hawkes Bay and wider regional area. The project management of this architectural development focused on coordinating diverse elements to ensure a seamless and functional design. The building integrates multiple smaller forms into a cohesive structure, anchored by solid concrete masses that connect it to the local beach and the area's historic weatherboard style. The cedar cladding blends the house with the surrounding hills, while expansive glass sections frame stunning vistas requiring extensive management of suppliers and trades.
